So happy to be working with the BRITISH BUTCHER SHOPPE in North Vancouver to trial wrapping meat in paper for retail sale instead of the usual plastic! We tried a small run last week and they all sold quickly. So. We will try again this coming Monday with a slightly bigger order. Hopefully it's a trend we can expand.
